Dolf has a history of about 20 years in the ICT industry, working for various mulitinational ICT companies as a Consultant, Engineer and in a number of (Senior) Management positions. After working in a more technical organisation, he became quickly interested in communication and people management, which led to a natural development towards leadership roles, thus giving him a broad background in people and business management as well as customer relationships. Apart from this, he has been trained in coaching and counseling and set up his own Integral Coaching & Counseling company.

Ivan Raychinov

Ivan Raychinov is an engineer in Telecommunication Techniques and Technologies and has obtained the ITIL Expert certification. Originally from the Engineering world, he also holds various network industry certificates, mostly from Cisco.
Ivan starts his career at IBM, where he joins a team that provides support for networks of large European customers. After having obtained substatial experience in Network Engineering, he continues his career at Accenture, where he starts as a Client Connectivity Manager. Apart from designing and implementing network solutions, his tasks also involve managing the relationship with the customer and management of the project with the client.
In 2011, he joins Verizon as a Senior Consultant and works besides his engineering activities on several Service Management projects, where customer processes are defined and improved.
Ivan is based in the Czech Republic and Bulgaria.
